Awaken the Leader Within You: Learn Leadership

There comes a stage in our lives where we want to grow into leadership roles but are held back due to a lack of self-confidence or lack of self-drive. Through this peer led practice lab, let us help each other cultivate the qualities of a leader. A 4 Week Online Practice Lab to Activate the Qualities of a Leader This practice lab is designed for the very purpose of enabling us to move forward in pursuit of leadership. We will be doing activities and learning about: Taking Initiative - A leader is not someone who waits for the work to be given. A leader will volunteer to take up the work. Breaking through Inertia - There are always tasks that we have to do but we keep postponing the work. To become a leader we need to learn to break inertia. Working Joyfully - Routine work becomes mechanical by its very nature. But this can be turned around. Learning to bring more energy and enthusiasm to the work can make us more productive. Developing Resilience - Distractions make us lose focus. We need to develop an attitude of bouncing back from distractions so we never give up on what we want to do. The responsibility of a leader starts with grooming oneself. Join us in this journey of Learning Leadership. Duration Sharing Circle Tuesdays, 9-9:45 PM EST Commitment At Least 3 Times a Week.
