Have you never played sports in life? Used to play sports but discontinued due to being busy? We are a group of people who are helping each other start or restart sports in life. Join us! A 4 Week Online Practice Lab to Develop Habit of Playing Sports Daily! For many of us, in childhood, playing a sport was our daily practice. But with adulthood, it dimmed away. Be it with competitive exam preparation, busy work life or stressful environments, we began to miss out on our sports routine. Let us get it back in our lives. 

Playing sports reduces stress, cultivates leadership capacities, creates a good peer group and helps simply appreciate the sport being played. Duration Sharing Circle & Peer-Support Session Mon & Thur, 8:30 - 9:00 PM IST of playing a sport at least 5 times a week
