Many in the urban areas experienced a prolonged disconnect with Nature when the Pandemic peaked. Coupled with the fear of uncertainty has added to the imbalance in our mental, physical, emotional states, showing up as illness and disharmony in the interactions with the external world. 
The Nurturing Walk Collective invites you to come out and explore making deep connections with nature through your senses, and experience inner harmony that boosts overall wellbeing. 
 
Find a place close to nature (a park, a garden or a forest), and join us for nurturing nature walks! A 4 Week Online Practice Lab to Bring Harmony within Ourselves by Connecting Deeply with Nature In cities, the lockdown coupled with the existing Nature deficit has been much detrimental to the health of many- mentally, physically, and emotionally. Responding to the above and drawing from the rhythm in nature, Nurturing walks in Nature is a collective journey to make a deep sensorial connection with urban green spaces.
